I believe all children deserve the right to learn and play in a safe and welcoming environment. I believe that all children have unique interests, strengths and abilities, that when fostered enables them to grow. I believe children regardless of their abilities. I believe building secure, respectful relationships with children and their families is crucial to create a sense of belonging in our service.
